20 minute introductory telephone call: FREE

50 minute individual therapy session: £90

90 minute monthly group therapy session: £40

Payment methods:

Payment is to be made via bank transfer before the session starts. For those overseas, or who wish to pay by credit card, payment can be taken via Stripe.

  • All sessions are held online via the secure platform, Zoom. Should we experience technical difficulties telephone will be used as an alternative to ensure session can still go ahead.

  • Therapy will start on a weekly basis. This enables us to get to know one another, for me to establish a deeper understanding of your story and for you to feel supported in the process. Over time clients may wish to reduce to fortnightly - this is something that we can review taking into account your progress and personal circumstances.

  • The length of time you decide to invest in therapy is completely individual and will be dependent on the issues you wish to work through. I respect your autonomy and I will not encourage you to continue attending longer than you need to. We can continually review your progress in session and work towards an appropriate ending when you feel ready.

    This is also an opportunity to explore any questions you might have about how we work together.

    Following this should we decide to book in a first session, I will send you a form to fill in with your contact details and the counselling contract outlining the practicalities of how we might work together. This includes information about how I maintain confidentiality and my cancellation policy etc.

    If we decide not to proceed I will endeavour to signpost you to an alternative therapist who may be more appropriate.

  • The first session is a chance for us to start getting to know each other. For me to find out more about what brings you to therapy, but also for you to get a sense of how I work and if I am the best therapist for what you need. Sessions are led by what you would like to bring and will support you in starting to explore how you are feeling or what is happening to gain clarity.

If it feels from our phone call that we are aligned we will book in a first session together.

I will email you the zoom link, a form for you to complete with your basic contact details and the counselling contract for you to sign. I will ask for you to return these along with payment before we meet. That’s it!
